The first station believes in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and therefore we have prepared a fitness program that is spread all week long and includes a wide range of sports.
Beyond that, the station has a line of businesses and restaurants that will help you maintain a healthy lifestyle, including Re: Bar, Fresh Kitchen, Castel and of course the sports outwear store – Saucony.

Mondays, 17:00-18:00 – WERQ classes with Galit!
WERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness format based on the hottest pop and hip hop music, for all ages and abilities!
WHAT: Bring a water bottle, sneakers, and prepare to sweat! The first two classes (March 2nd and March 9th) are FREE! After this, anyone can drop in for 20NIS.
