The first station believes in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and therefore we have prepared a fitness program that is spread all week long and includes a wide range of sports.
Beyond that, the station has a line of businesses and restaurants that will help you maintain a healthy lifestyle, including Re: Bar, Fresh Kitchen, Castel and of course the sports outwear store – Saucony.

Sundays, 09:00-10:00 – Free yoga with Tal Shusani!
Tuesdays 18:00 – Yoga on our rooftop! Every Tuesday. Admission – 20 NIS.
Wednesdays, 18:00 – Kickbox with Linor Rosengberg! Admission – 20 NIS.
Thursday, 08:10-09:00, chi kong with Ayala.
Friday, 09:00-10:00, pilates with Rucha Pag.
