The First Station Jerusalem is proud to become the first complex in Israel to receive the Vegan Friendly Certificate! In recent months we have worked together with Vegan Friendly organisation to make the station the first culinary complex in Israel where vegan option are available in all restaurants!
We went through menus, added dishes, tasted, made improvements and finally succeeded.
The First Station is an attraction for many and diverse audiences, and now the vegan crowd in and around Jerusalem can find different and varied dishes in all the restaurants and businesses operating the station. In the coming months you will see the Vegan Friendly logo throughout the complex, and just make yourself home. Jerusalem has long been on the map, But now more than ever <3

1. Adom – A variety of starters, starters and salads – plus a special main course:
PUMPKIN FILLET – silan glaze & almonds chips, on green risotto and coconut milk (vegan)

2. Vangilia – variety of vegan ice creams:

Opening hours: The branch is open 7 days a week, 10:00 to 23:00.
A wide vegan menu launched in honor of the station’s collaboration with Vegan Friendly and includes:
Breakfast with vegan shakshuka, vegan burger with potato and sweet potato, Jerusalem salad, special buffet salad, feta and vegetable salad.

Terminal Salad, Market Salad, Breakfast, Vegetables Plate and More Snacks, Vegan Pizza, Vegan Toast and Pizza Toast, Cheddar and Vegetable Sandwiches, Alcoholic Ice Cream (!) And Vegan strudel.

5. Fresh Kitchen
Breakfasts (3 different vegan options!), Salads (check out Japanese tofu), sandwiches (seared tofu, vegan shawarma), mains (red curry, Veggie Burger, Indian stew), smoothies, milkshakes and dessert!

6. Re:Bar – A variety of vegan juices and smoothies!

7. Landwer Cafe
A whole vegan menu, including > Breakfast, Avocado Bruschetta, Lebanese Salad, Red Lentil Omelette Sandwich, Cheeseburger, Meatless Bulls Stew, Lotus Rozalach and more!

8. Station 9 – our famous Asian place!
Wakame seaweed, Fun kawa, Tofu agadashi, Tom yum and more!

9. Fiori – Italian restaurant
Among the selections > 4 short vegan pasta, plus a long spinach fettuccine pasta!

13. Breizh Creperie Jerusalem
A choice of 3 savory crepes and a sweet crepe, a variety of drinks.

Chestnut&beet Cheeseburger, Garden – A crispy Portobello mushroom with a variety of vegetables and a special sauce, a salad dish.

15. Blondie – The First Hebrew grilled cheese
A dedicated vegan dish – Vega cheeses – a delicious mushroom toast.

16. Sweets Train
A whole fridge of healthy and vegan popsicles! recommended.
And of course a whole candy store, some of it for the vegan crowd!

The famous healthy grocery store with a new and special vegan stand!
