Fitness and Dance Station

The First Station believes in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and therefore we have prepared a fitness and dance program that is spread all week long and includes a wide range of sports.

Beyond that, the station has a line of businesses and restaurants that will help you maintain a healthy lifestyle, including Re:Bar, Mitz Petel, Teva Castle.

Our Teachers

Hadar Eilon
Certified Yoga and meditation teacher.
Graduate of Wingate College, focus in physical fitness training.
Power Yoga Instructor, specializes in rehabilitative Yoga and personal training.
For 12 years now, I have been accompanying students in the process towards increasing awareness, and improving physical and mental health alike.

Rucha Lovaton
Pilates instructor for the past 7 years. Teaches all ages and levels.

Linor Rosenberg
Linor is a Wingate (Israel) and ACE (USA) certified fitness instructor and personal trainer who has partnered with the First Station for 3 years.  Her classes are high intensity but inviting and doable for all levels.  Don’t be afraid to try one out!
