Fitness Station

The first station believes in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and therefore we have prepared a fitness program that is spread all week long and includes a wide range of sports.

Beyond that, the station has a line of businesses and restaurants that will help you maintain a healthy lifestyle, including Re: Bar, Fresh Kitchen, Teva Castle and of course the sports outwear store – Saucony.

Our Teachers

Linor Rosenberg
Linor is a Wingate (Israel) and ACE (USA) certified fitness instructor and personal trainer who has partnered with the First Station for 3 years.  Her classes are high intensity but inviting and doable for all levels.  Don’t be afraid to try one out!

Ayala Graicer
The certified Qigong instructor, Ayala Graicer, has practiced Tai Chi & Qigong for more than 25 years. She continually advances her skills by studying under renowned Qigong & Tai Chi Masters around the world.

Mor Shkedy
Mor is an internationally certified Yoga Teacher, with specialty in Prenatal Yoga.
She teaches Vinyasa Yoga – uplifting meditative motions of the body along with the breath.
In the last 7 years, she was qualified by the best teachers in India, Britain, and Israel,
and there is nothing she’d rather do but pass on that knowledge to you!
